For those, like me, who love all things Norway, Harahorn Gin is awesome. And speaking of Harahorn Gin, it makes an excellent Gimlet to ease you into Friday (yesterday was sunnier). #cocktails 

Chill a Nick and Nora, coupe, or Martini glass. In a mixing glass with ice add the gin and lime cordial. Stir down until cold. Retrieve the glass and spritz with saline. Double strain the gimlet into the glass. Slap and squeeze the mint to release aromatics. Garnish and enjoy.
